Our Company

Enviroman Pest Control is a Queensland family-owned business committed to protecting homes, workplaces and communities through responsible, highly professional pest management.

We believe effective pest control should deliver lasting results without relying on unnecessary chemical application. That is why we prioritise safer product choices, carefully selected according to the pest, the environment and the needs of each property. Every product is applied strictly in accordance with its approved label, safety requirements and industry regulations.

Our technicians undertake comprehensive industry training and ongoing professional development to maintain the highest standards of knowledge, safety and workmanship. We do not believe every property should receive the same treatment. Each service begins with a careful inspection to identify the pest species, harbourage areas, entry points and environmental conditions contributing to the problem.

IPM, Enviroman strictly follows the principles of Integrated Pest Management, commonly known as IPM. This evidence-based approach combines inspection, monitoring, prevention, exclusion, sanitation advice, habitat modification and targeted treatment. Chemical products are used strategically and only where appropriate, helping reduce unnecessary exposure while achieving reliable, long-term control.
Our multilayered approach may include treating roof voids, internal and external harbourage areas, entry points and other pest-prone locations that basic treatments often overlook.

As a family business, our reputation is personal. We value honesty, reliability, clear communication and genuine care for every customer. Our goal is not simply to treat visible pests—it is to understand why they are present, address the underlying causes and provide a safer, smarter and more responsible pest-management solution.
Rodent IPM Example
A successful rodent-control program begins with understanding why rodents are entering and what is supporting their activity—not simply placing bait around the property.
During the initial inspection, an Enviroman technician examines roof voids, kitchens, storage areas, wall penetrations, external boundaries and other potential harbourage locations. Evidence such as droppings, gnaw marks, rub marks, nesting material and damaged packaging is documented to determine the species, activity level and likely travel routes.
The next stage is prevention. Gaps around pipes, doors, roofing and service penetrations are identified for sealing. Food and water sources are reviewed, vegetation or stored materials may need to be moved, and practical sanitation recommendations are provided.
Tamper-resistant monitoring or bait stations are then strategically positioned along confirmed rodent pathways. Mechanical traps may also be used where appropriate, particularly inside sensitive environments. Every device is recorded, numbered and regularly inspected so activity can be measured rather than guessed.
Where rodenticides are necessary, they are selected and applied carefully in accordance with the approved product label, site conditions and risks to children, pets, wildlife and other non-target animals.
Follow-up visits allow our technicians to review consumption, capture results and new evidence. The program is then adjusted until activity is controlled.
This is Integrated Pest Management: combining detailed inspection, proofing, sanitation, monitoring and targeted treatment to address both the rodents and the conditions that allowed them to become established.
